Podenhale, Lutyens Style Mansion, Wentworth, Surrey
We put together the entire professional team for our HNW client who is the owner and publisher of The Saudi Arabian Times. The house is a vast Edwardian mansion with Lutyens style detailing, very large ornamental gardens and a historic chapel relocated from Oxford.
The brief was to provide a new guest wing, complete refurbishment and fit out of the main house, turn the chapel into a luxury bedroom suite and replace the swimming pool with a state of the art health and fitness complex, with new pool and a tunnel from the main house.
We employed all the architectural, interior design, engineering and landscaping consultants and tendered the works on behalf of the client.
